Stopped at the grocery store and saw that they had some beautiful fresh gulf shrimp in stock so I grabbed some for tacos and marinated them in Cookwell & Co. Fin and Feather Marinade. My garden is starting to produce already this year so I pulled out some yellow squash and zucchini to grill as well. I also picked a few green tomatillos and jalapenos, added some red onion and lime juice to make a fresh salsa. Here is the results:
