Did a rotisserie chicken today. Tried a new rub. Went to store for a hose nozzle and passe by the seasoning section and saw a bottle for $2.50. Couldn't pass it up. I can't wait to try on ribs, this stuff was excellent.
Thanks. My last two roti chickens I spilt the skin. I think maybe because my temps ran high. Lit to much. I was over 500 on this cook. Turned out good though.
