Wow that looks amazing, I am on a low carb diet and this might cause me to derail this diet plan for tonight. Thanks for sharing.

Looks great but I'm just shocked it made it to the leftover stage. Wouldn't seen the light of day on day 2.

I still have about a 2.5 pound hunk left. When only two people it, it last longer.

Definitely worth derailing the diet.
