I currently have an Assassin 28 that handles most of the competition/backyard cooks but I am interested in adding the Assassin 72 grill. I love the design of the 72 whole hog cooker but I don't want to spend that much money.
Two questions:
1. Can I cook a whole hog on the 72 if I wanted and what size if so?
2. Any recommendations/changes to the design that anyone has liked or disliked?
I plan on calling down there Monday to discuss mounting it on my trailer and touching up my 28 since it is going on 5 years old.
