Chunked up the avocados, not the best looking ones :noidea: and into the FEC with the A-Maze-N tube smoker for some cold smoke
Decided to smoke some salt as well
Have read that avocados can soak up the smoke, so I tasted at 30 minutes, not much smoke flavor yet, went another 15 minutes. that's about right, not over powering. Some slicing & dicing
Done. Just a bit of smoke in the background to make you stop and think, something is different, but it's pretty good. Add my favorite salsa (out of El Paso TX) and some Donkey Chips. Good Eatin'.
