This is made at a local to me (55 miles away) BBQ shop. They are pretty nifty all purpose smoker/grills. Botom is a drawer firebox. Anyway, who would buy one. I cant remember the price but it is definitely more than a hunsaker or gateway but the metal is heavy.

I always see those on craigslist and think they look interesting then see the price and lose interest. I bet it could be a pretty cool/useful smoker though.

I would be worried about the temps on the bottom 2 grates and how difficult it would be to control temps when swinging that thing open, but I'm sure it works well enough

There is a deflector on the bottom to keep the heat from being too direct. I was in the shop and they explained that they had been using it for competitions. It is good for charcoal or wood too.
