Texas Highways on Craft BBQ

The article makes it sound like these guys are out in the country.......all three of the joints are in the Dallas metroplex. Cleburne may be a little further out, but there sure seems to be a bunch of people to draw from.
 
DFW is still pretty spread out. Sure, Goldee's is in Fort Worth, and I'm in Fort Worth, but it's still a 30 mile drive to get there from my house as we're on opposite ends of Fort Worth.
