Lamb burger with garlic spread

Made some garlic spread, a clove of garlic, some mint, cilantro, EVOO, sour cream, grated parmesan and some Naturiffic Gingery Orange.

Toasted some onion rolls and gave them a smear of garlic spread.

Seasoned with some Porkmafia Texas Gold and onto the gasser

Topped with some colby & jack and a few red jalapeno slices. Along with a side of some VINE-gar slaw. HOLY Garlic Batman!

That looks awesome. I've never had ground lamb. To what temp do you cook it to? That is a must try.

I like all my burgers about medium rare. 135 for these.
