Not new to the Que, just new to you.
I've been smoking fish, and making Jerky for over 50 years, as well as a few BBQ's.
So mostly I like to try and help spirit ideas and share my flubbs along the way.
Mostly, my smoking consists of electric smoking, low temp to cold smoking.
I like experimenting in the kitchen, and have my Grandpa's Rib's that can call in the extended Family. (The Secret's in the sauce)
I have your typical pile of tin on the patio in the way of a gasser, smokers, and doctored up Boil Pot for crab.
My latest venture is in making Meat Snack Sticks and smoking them. And I want to make Homemade Italian Sausages, and Kielbasa.
I take a given item, then modify it to my needs. Such as my highly modified MES smokers.
So you'll see me around, because I'm retired and fill in my time being a fly at your BBQ. :p

As I find my way around I'll post pictures (Or Picturds as they may be...) along the way.
