What's your favorite use of mayonaise?

We haven't talked mayo in a while. All of us know it is the best meat slather ever invented and of course it rocks as a sandwich spread and adds tremendous flavor to thousands of dishes.

It's time for you to be heard and tell us your favorite use of this white gold.

This is really good!! I discovered it by accident. I was eating at a fast food joint and while talking I absent mindedly dipped my fries in a pile of mayo instead of ketchup.
I've been doing (intentionally) ever since!!

Dukes Mayo in a chocolate cake farking rocks!!

Here, it's Dukes or maaaaaybe some Blue Plate or Deep South.

That's only if Dukes is sold out.

Used in place of butter on bread for grilled cheese/grilled whatever, and to protect hamburger buns from juicy beef patties using its hydrophobic properties.

Along with everything mentioned, I like to mix it (equal parts) with sour cream and horseradish for a prime rib "dipping" sauce.

I have heard and thought about using it as a meat slather/binder...it seems like it would have to be delicious. Is there anyone on here who has actually used it this way? Dukes or bust!!!

I do all the time with chicken. Below are mayo slathered wings. They come out killer.
