I like cooking brekky, but it's damn cold out there. It'd be frozen by the time I got it to the table.

Please use this as my entry for the breakfast Throwdown.

Breakfast taco with cheese tostados instead of Tortillas.
Eggs, hash browns and bacon filling, Kraft Mexican Shredded Cheese blend for the tostada.

They were tasty, even my wife liked them!
