Are trashed wings just a St. Louis thing or are they in other parts of the country also?

Never heard of them in WV or NC, but they look good. How do they differ from Buffalo wings?

They are just sauced and double fried wings. Season them, fry them, sauce them, re-fry them, saucing after second frying is opt.

They can be found many places around the country and by several different names depending on location.
