Not smoked but it was kinda tasty. :)

I've been busy canning green tomatoes for frying this winter.

Great idea Jeanie... I'm gonna end up with a bunch of green maters here pretty quick (it's 37 degrees this am)...

Looks excellent! Can't remember the last time I actually had a fried green tomato. Kinda got a hankering for one all of a sudden for some reason. :becky:

Do ya put a little sugar in when you're canning them Jeanie?
Gary I have not tried a pinch of sugar but I put a pinch of salt in the jars.
