Didn't really pay much attention, Jay's pit was running between 225 - 275 maybe. Temp would go down as we were adding/taking things off. I'd check the internal temp about every half hour, took just under three hours.

Had this been a hot n' fast cook, I wouldn't have had as much time for BS'ing/drinking with the Brethren.

I did a few hamburger based stuffed Fatties a few years Ago - $50 a pop.

1st One was Major Fail
