seasoned with Q-Salt, grilled on the 26” Weber

Served with grilled asparagus.

Asparagus was topped with (Naturiffic black truffle salt) cured duck egg that was grated over it.

Tri tip looks good. And I just got my first asparagus from the garden today. Can't wait to grill some up.
