rib chili

I cannot say I have ever tired of eating ribs on the bone.
 
Yep, I ended up with about a half a rack leftover last time I did ribs. Nuked them just long enough to warm the fat and then pulled the meat off the bones. Vacuum sealed that up, it was about a pound of rib meat, and tossed it in the fridge. Next time I made chili, I used a pound of ground chuck, a pound of chili grind, that pound of rib meat, and a pound of chopped brisket. Some of the meatiest and best tasting chili I have made.
 
Red Beans and Rice or anything you'd add pulled pork to.
