His little trailer had a tire decide it was a one way mission about 12 miles South of the I-35 split. If I had realized it was him sooner and hadn't been in the high speed inside lane, I would have stopped but, with heavy traffic and no turn reasonable turn around, not a viable option. At least he was reasonably close to home and it looked like a lot of shops in the area to get his trailer sorted.

I hope he wasn't out too late!

Every single store I visit here in a Ohio has racks and racks of pork chops on a bone (aka baby backs) and not a single rack of actually pork ribs (spares).

I even had one meat counter person (I refuse to call them a butcher), refer to them as baby back spare ribs.
