I have to cook 3 birds, 2 for one party and 1 for another. I plan on cooking on Sunday, but one party is on Wednesday and the other on Friday. Can I carve and store in a fridge for that long or should I wrap with saran wrap and foil and freeze and then reheat the morning of each party?? Who needs presents around a tree at Christmas when you have meat around the grill at Thanksgiving time??? Yummy
