With this move I had to have a RELAX Day! Me and beers and oak splits and bird...

it was nice... a lotta late for dinner but my give a S%&T meter was VERY low.

I used a 5cup water to 1/3rd cup kosher salt brine for 2hrs before smoking

SUPER MOIST inside
 
Try equal parts kosher salt and brown sugar (1/4 cup each to 1 qt water)

Great chicken brine. I use the same on salmon.
