Duck breast and sea scallops cooked on the Weber Kettle.

Duck breast on cast iron griddle on the Weber kettle. Hoping you can see the kettle enough. Didn't realize this throwdown was going on when pics were taken.

Since I cooked on a kettle tonight and it was delicious, please use 1st photo for my entry. Prime filets from Sam’s with baby Bella’s, baked tater, and onion.
