And a chicken fried steak is the most comforting comfort food.
Beef soaked in buttermilk fired up with fermented Habanero sauce.
Breaded and fried on the kettle. A pan of spuds on for the boil.


It's GRAVY!


On the plate. Lumpy potatoes and all.


Even with the less than done spuds, this didn't disappoint.

Gotta agree with you on chicken fried steak. My choice when I want real comfort food.

A little Armenian Diner north of us.
Two full size chicken fried steaks with sausage gravy, full plate of American frys, dish of carrots, and a desert!



Never have been able to complete anything we've ordered there yet, always 2 meals worth!
And very inexpensive, I think this was $8.95......
