A really nice hunk of beef flap
Made my carne asada rub
Into the fridge for a few hours or overnight if you choose to
In the meantime I made some pico
Salsa roja with guajillo and arbol chiles
Creamy avocado sauce
I was going all out may as well make home made corn tortillas
Meat was now nicely marinated
Jumbo Joe was perfect for the job
And taco making time :clap2:
Thicker pats were med rare :thumb:
Some cheese
Topped with cilantro, onions, red salsa and green salsa and a bit of pico
