Threw some coals on the wood to get it going

Looks Tasty mate, that a Meat flipper your using to turn the meat?

No disrespect to the meat (which looks good) I'm really interested in your grill setup!

Yes, it was made by a local blacksmith. I have had it 10 years. I use it to prop up the roast and turn it. we call it a pig tail. I will take a picture of it. It has a really cool bull head as the handle.

The Santa Maria has a funny story. I bought it from a corrections officer at pelican bay state prison(basically the new alcatraz here in California). It was made in the prison, for the guards to cook on for morale building events. He brought it home and thought it was too much for him. I bought it from him for $300.00. It is waaayyyy over built.
