What to do with Brisket Leftovers?

Looks awesome. Brisket chili is one of my favorite leftover meals

chopped, shredded on a big cheap white bun with a vinegar based hot bbq sauce (coleslaw if you got it)

Man that sure does look good from where I'm sitting!!:thumb:

Open faced brisket sandwiches with gravy
Cowboy chili
Enchiladas

These are all favorites. Generally what happens with my briskets:

We eat the whole point and have about five pounds of flat left. I cut as we eat so that is usually a whole piece. I stick it in a vacuum bag and seal it. Freeze. Drop it in a hot water bath in the bag to warm. Tastes almost as good as the day it was cooked.

That potato looks great... what kind of sauce did you use with it?

All great suggestions, but I'll stick right there w/ the OP.......

This happens to be pork tenderloin, but brisket would fit the bill nicely........

PS: Must be a minimum 2.2# (that's one kilo for foreign applications) tater.....those pics make me want to fix it twenty minutes ago, Smitty !!!!

i like to mix into some ground chuck and make a burger. 50/50 is good to go!!

On pizza. Thin crust, light on your favorite bbq sauce, shredded Mexican cheese blend, thinly sliced bell peppers and onions- finish with cracked black pepper.

tacos. always tacos. straight up brisket w/ pickled onions, cilantro, tomatillo salsa OR brisket shredded and refried with garlic as barbacoa with raw onion, cilantro, lime and spicy red salsa.
