I recently got a new job and have been working alot. I have been BBQ'ing, just have not got a chance to post the pics. So here is some random cooks I have done in the past 2 months.....
A few racks of spares and rib tips. Spares were rubbed with Simply Marvelous cherry rub an hour before hitting the smoker. Smoked at 250 for a few hours on my upright cabinet smoker with some hickory and cherry for smoke.
Smoked 6 pork butts for a Memorial Day party. Rubbed with SM cherry rub and smoked at 275 on my stickburner. Foiled after 6 hours, they were done in around 10 hours.
And I made some burgers over lump charcoal, carmelized some onions and made a nice special sauce for it.
