Hello everyone, hope the day finds you well. Last fathers day my wife and kids bought me a Chargriller Smoker. I stumbled onto the forum one day as I was reading about the different types of smokers out there. I really like mine but I want something air tight and bigger. My goal is to have enough space, and talent, to cook an entire meal for 10-15 people on the grill.
