after a long search, I have found a flank steak in germany.
it was very very tasty !

the side dish are very thinly sliced potatoes with cream, milk and rosemary. (45 min. at 200°C)

Those potatoes look amazing! Would you happen to be able to give an exact recipe? Also, what did you use to slice them?
 
Flank steak really looks tasty. We like to make fajitas out of it.

You need 0.75 kilograms potatoes (Auchter to it what are the cooking will soften when). these very thin cut potato put up and to give 250 ml of cream and 250 ml milk. sprinkle a little chopped rosemary an put it for 45 min. at 200°C in the oven.​
