Ran into a nice tutorial from the bearded ones on the difference of American Wygu, grass fed, corn fed, and Bison meat as flank steak. Cut and tasted from hanging to grilled.
About 26 min if you have a minute. I found it interesting, but not a huge earth shattering event.

Gotta say I enjoy damn near all of their content. Fairly concise and to the point. Break it down in a way that makes me feel like i could break down my own half beef if needed.
 
I like those fellas....easy to understand, at least for me.
