Smoked ribs last night second time using the smoker since my daughter was born. 5 hours and 225 on a Weber Bullet. Very Happy with results.

I never remove the membrane. It keeps juices in, and I like the crunchiness of it.

Good looking ribs.

Strange looking BB's but....

Looks like dinner to me.

Getting back into it is a good thing (tm)

grats.

With that one shiner on the left they almost look kine beef back ribs.

Maybe those bb’s came from Hogzilla... IDK. Great looking Spar..s opps bb’s and I hope You and yours enjoyed them very much. Great cook.

So, I'm in SoCal and the butcher said porkback and baby back or the same thing(idk??). These are "porkback ribs"
