Defrosted a pack of pork steaks this morning. Found some Big Bob Gibson's rub in the pantry and gave them a nice dusting. They've been on about 10 mins right now....I can't wait for lunch!

Food looks great.:-D Kettles ROCK:cool:, we cooked pizza's again last night on ours. I can't believe it took me so long to start using one.:roll:
 
MMMMMmmmm that was good eating!
Cooked them pretty slow...took about 1.5hrs. Didn't dry out at all. Sauced for a few mins at the end.

Sadly I was out of milk, so didn't get to make any cornbread. I'll have to remedy that tonight!
