I found a two-pack of big honkin' boneless top sirloin steaks, one for dinner and one for the freezer. I injected it with Minor's Beef Base + Wooster and seasoned it with a prime rib rub letting it mellow for about 6 hours. I built a small, medium temp grilling fire and turned the steak often until it was 130°. And there was enough leftover for steak and eggs the next morning. :biggrin1:
