Blackened Grilled and Fried Shrimp Po-Boys
For my entry into the Seafood Throwdown, I made Blackened and Fried Shrimp Po-Boys. Homemade blackening seasoning and remoulade sauce. St. Arnolds double IPA to wash it all down on a hot summer evening. The last picture is my entry.
