Now to figure out what to cook.
I'm thinking I'll cook a breakfast fattie, a naked fattie, some jalapeño and cheddar sausages, maple sausage links and Shelly may have a couple of items also.
Maybe some ribs like I did at the Texas Spring Bash, baby backs this time.

What are you cooking at the Bash on the Bayou?


Turns out about 3 of the staff got wind of this at the location. I may bring 2 extra racks O ribs. Plus I have relatives I did not even know I had coming. I got it though. Makes it Fun. :becky:

We're in. Wife and I will be there. Retirement May 14 and bash May 29. Sounds like a plan to me. We'll make a trip out of it.
