To all of you who answered my thread on best dessert idea last week. You were right about the cheesecake. It won but unfortunately wasn't mine. A pecan pie cheesecake took 1st. I did a Baileys Cheesecake with a little extra Baileys in it and it was not well recepted.

Two years ago at the Battle of the BBQ Brethren my sister-in-law got a 179 for her cheese cake, only one point short of a perfect 180. Smoke in da eye brought in two pastry chefs and she kicked their ass.
