Yesterday I cooked my first porkloin in over 3 years. It was long over due cooked at 250 until I had a internal temp of 140 the pulled off to rest wrapped in a cooler. It was moist a juicy one of my best pork loins yet. Today I’ve got a small porkbutt a set of baby back and 2 spare ribs running for a fire dept meeting tonight

Ribs and porkbutt are done for today and turned out amazing loving my pellet grill!!!!
