Thanks, I have grilled on it a few times, but mostly when I cook on it, it's in cast iron and I'm making chili, beans, Brunswick Stew or Burgoo.
 
That is some damn fine lookin' meat - thanks for sharing! Do you have a recipe for your beans and fire roasted tomatoes or is it seat of the pants style with the ingredients you listed?
 
I did make it up as I went along, but here's what I used:

28oz can baked beans
14.5oz can of fire roasted tomatoes
1 Vidalia onion diced
1 red bell pepper diced
3 jalapenos dices small
3 slices thick cut bacon chopped
1/4 cup light brown sugar
1/4 cup spicy brown mustard
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

It was in the smoker for about 2 hours at 240.
