well if it was me I would eat it. But i wouldnt tell anyone else to eat it. i really dont think people get food posion as bad as the USDA say. Most of the advice is usaully the extrem cases. We use to hang beef in the barn for weeks before cutting them up they would have a coat of mold on them . Been to lot of countries where they have open marketss. I think we can be too clean.
