Hello folks, ......... few years back I remember there was a page here that had a long list of wood types with descriptions of flavors. Still here? I now live in an area with many hardwood trees, and when they fall, I want to take advantage of the flavors. just got done cutting up a bunch of cherry.

Phil, if you read this, hope your doing well. I`m up in northeast PA now. Your certainly one person that, if you don`t have power, your still EATING WELL!

God bless everyone on the east coast.

Head's up....there should be more oak then you could use in years. I've picked up a cherry, mulberry and a few apples so far. Make the best of a tough hand dealt and load up.
