Started off with some stuffed peppers. Everyone's favorite

Smoked on the yoder for 2hrs at 275

When they are almost done I put BBQ sauce on them and let that setup

While they were going I wrapped some scallops in bacon and let them get smoke for half an hour

Once they had alittle smoke I deep fried them until crisp

Then plated on top of a toasted baguette with a horseradish sauce

While that was going I had some hot sausage smoking away

Took some frozen pulled pork out of the fridge and made a crescent roll with it

Cooked on the yoder at 400 till brown

And everything plated! Man was it all good. I'd say the scallops were my favorite. And a sneak peak of the main meal

Wow everything looks awesome Matt!

Love the bacon wrapped scallops. I bet they were nice and crunchy bacon with soft scallop.
