Thanks Suds! Love truffle mashed taters. I also wanted to throw some gravy or sauce on top but it would take away the crisp from the bacon so I omitted.

Never say never. BTW I loved your entry because you tied all those flavors right on that sandwich. My kinda sandwich especially when I saw blue cheese and the wing-ish sauce. :nod: Nicely done man!
