Last weekend for the games I got a bunch of wings and didnt cook them all. Saved 20 and put in ziploc bag filled with italian dressing. Pulled them out of freezer few days ago and decided to fry them up tonight in peanut oil. Tossed half in bw3 mango habanero and remainder in wild sauce. All in all a good dinner

I had that same problem with wings burning from italian dressing marinade. I stick to just a simple salt brine or all natural when frying.
 
They were very good. Yes they are darker than normal due to dressing but also I cooked them almost to floater style. The Italian dressing gives another level of flavor on poultry. I used it in competition and worked really well on thighs
