Wings on a Weber Kettle...any tips?

Believe it or not, mine cook for between 2-3 hours. I usually have quite a pile on one side of the grate, and I keep basting and rotating throughout the cook.

No tips. I cut them off before I cook em.

I love munchin that wee little bit of skin on the edge.of the tips.

Probably not the only one, but perhaps one of a few.

I cut the third joint off, too. There's no meat down there.
