Nice job bud I do them about the same just cook a little lower but i never warp these.

I was fairly consistent at around 280* for the whole time (Guru magic). I think I may have gone a little heavy on the Butt Glitter and thus the real dark look but I can assure you they were not charred.

Additionaly, I need to time the pig honey weep a little better opening the pit at a minimum. I could not hear any sizzling, just to much ambient noise. Plus different sized ribs weep at different moments depending on there location in the cooking chamber.
