I do not post much on the other forum as it does not have ownership of posts. It is normally a quick place for results and status checks on folks health but IMO not near as useful as here. It is a free country and you can say what you want, choose to read or not, and agree or not. 8)
As for this forum and the Brethren, IMO it is great!
I've had the pleasure of meeting several Brethren since I joined and pleased to now call several friends. Where else can you go and have someone bring you items to a comp 1000 miles from home and you have have met them before? Thank you Rub! I have also improved because of the advice members share and it is greatly appreciated :-D Additionally learned tons of several helpful hints in preparing for comps and some great dishes to try!
Do my best to stay out of politics. There are always going to be complaints about something or another and yes I would like to see some changes to KCBS. However, by and large it is a good organization and I will continue to support.
