The 2nd annual Whiskey A GoGo Brisket competition will be held at the BBQ Jamboree in Fredericksburg, 5/8 - 5/9.
Here's how to play. Declare your intention to play in this thread and tell us what small batch American Whiskey (please no rail or rot gut) you're putting up. Whoever gets the highest brisket score wins them all. In case of a numerical tie they split.
This is separate from the Craft Beer challenge - it will run as normal.
Aporkalypse Now will put up a bottle of Angel's Envy Port wine barrel aged Bourbon
