WOW! That Chesire Pork store is fantastic and I could spend a Trump-sized fortune in that place. Everything was trimmed very well and the meats are all excessively marbled...night and day to what I'm used to getting from Restaurant Depot. Nice staff and a very cool store. Thanks so much for the recommendation.

Can't tell ya how pleased I am that YOU were pleased. I may not know a whole lot, but no matter what crap spews from my fingertips, I will try not to steer you wrong.

I know they are a bit high end (read: expensive) ... but for competition meat it seems like a decent investment.
