"Where is the Beef" as in Beef Brisket.......Snake River Farms

The SRF come in frozen...what I'd you want to age them? Are the creeks or imperial frozen???

My Creeks come in Fresh, by the case. Not sure on the mail order.

The SRF briskets are already aged..

Customer support told me they are aged ~28 days before being frozen, at least for the briskets sent mail order. (May not be the case their food service distribution channels.)

You can always age them more by defrosting in advance of a contest.
