Although I like my almgamation rub. I take the left over rubs (old rubs) from the year before and put them together, always order new every spring. While the rubs loose a little flavor, the still cook up fine.

TexJoy BBQ Seasoning. It's cheap and tastes the same as all the rest.

The Rub Co. "Barbecue" - maybe with a dash of TRC Santa Maria on top.

I like a sweeter rub on my fatties...favorites are Simply Marvelous apple or cherry and Spicewine's Heffer dust.

I did a couple for the Super Bowl, rubbed one with original Todd's Dirt, and the other with Bayou Dirt. Both were good, Bayou was better.
