What's on the smoker today? I've got a ring of Texas Hot Link, a fattie, and I'm making a run to the market to check on ribs (maybe beef ones). Who knows...., a steak might strike my fancy. :mrgreen:
The Lab and I are home alone this weekend, so we're going to have the last Porterhouse Steak from our half of beef.....with a side of Kentucky bourbon for me :mrgreen:
I'm firing up the new UDS for its season burn today. Still debating what to throw on there later. Thinking beer can chicken, couple slabs of ribs, or a fatty
