After seeing another thread someone did. I think I would like to try maybe a Fattie, some ABT...and I saw something where someone smoked some stuffed mushrooms. Does anyone have cooking times or basic recipes I can twist on these items??

i brewed a belgian-american ipa this past weekend. it was my first brew in nearly two years, but i brewed consistantly the three years before that (before my second little monster was born).
